Striped Swimwear

I don't consider myself a traditionalist when it comes to dressing. I like to bend the rules and tweak them so that they fully express my personality. However certain patterns and colors like this striped bikini (or stripes in general) have a place in my heart.

So, when it comes to swimwear on The Fourth, there are three important colors, and two patterns. If you're not into solids for swim, go with something patterned like these stripes. My only recommendation would be to get vertical stripes instead of horizontal. Vertical stripes tend to lengthen your body where is horizontal tend to widen it.

Style-wise, high waist bikinis are especially flattering. Not only do they elongate your legs, but they accentuate your curves as well. A win win.
