Transitioning from a long weekend back to work can be tough, but I'm here to make it a little easier. Now that fashion editors have said it's okay to wear white after Labor Day (like anyone listened before), you can re-wear your favorite white denim that you've been rocking all summer long. What better way to keep summer alive than integrating your summer staples into your work wardrobe after Labor Day.

I gave my beachy weekend look a sleek update with a low bun, simple slides and a tucked in gingham shirt. This look is very Cape Cod /New England but feels polished with the simple styling.

If you're feeling daring, pair a white on white ensemble like I did here. It is a bit more casual, but if you swap platforms for pumps and throw on a short black tailored blazer, you should be good.
